Maryanne’s Homestyle Cooking in Levittown is one of my favorite breakfast places. (I have yet to try dinner here). Meg and I shared one banana-chocolate chip pancake, one banana-walnut pancake, a short stack of holy cannoli French toast, holy moly, and a side of turkey sausage. I have also tried, actually I cleaned the whole plate of a homemade waffle topped with warm bananas and walnuts that were sauteed in Amaretto and brown sugar. I know, the kind of food that melts in your mouth. The theme of Maryanne’s is Coca-Cola; coke merchandise sits on the counters, window sills, and walls throughout the two dining rooms. I’m not sure what the seating capacity is, but Maryanne’s is spacious, clean, and welcoming.
